Adam J. Hobin, 48, Green Bay, passed away January 28, 2024, at a local hospital. Adam was born May 16, 1975 to the late Leonard and Shirley Hobin. He was born deaf and studied sign language at a school for the deaf and hard of hearing. He lived at BCCTC for years until integrating into the community where he resided in AFH setting. Adam moved into CuroCare AFH in Dec. 2011 where he resided until he was called by our Heavenly Father. He participated in Aspiro for years, working in their pre-vocational program. Adam enjoyed playing baseball and participating in bowling teams and leagues.
Adam attended Paragon in 2022 where he enjoyed spending time with friends he made there. Adam was a very persistent man when it came to things he wanted. However, the compassion, love and concern he would show to anyone in his life and sense of humor made all who knew him have a special place in their hearts. He was a well loved member of the CuroCare Family and is and will be forever missed and fondly remembered.
Visitation will be held at Malcore Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Green Bay, on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. There will be sharing of stories at memories at 6 p.m. Interment will be in Allouez Cemetery.
