Addie Pearl Brown-Pope, 91, Green Bay, died peacefully, Thursday, June 2, 2016, at home surrounded by family and friends. Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late Morgan Brown and Susie (Turner) Brown. In addition to her parents, two children, Jacqulyn and Jack preceded her in death. Addie graduated from Knoxville College and worked educating children for more than 35 years for the Chicago Public Schools retiring as a principal. Addie loved God and her family and enjoyed charity work, knitting, crocheting and especially shopping. She is survived by two children, Erick (Brenda) Liggons, Chicago, IL and Janette (Jerry) Hill, Dallas, TX; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird Street, Thursday from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral at 11:00 AM. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, De Pere.
