Beatrice “Gramma Bea” DeBaker, 91, Green Bay, peacefully passed away Wed. Dec. 16, 2015, at home. Born Feb. 14, 1924, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late William and Mary (Vincent) Gillis.
