Benjamin Khademi, 28, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2023, at home. He was born to Hadi and Ida. Benjamin studied Chemistry at UWGB, where he taught rock climbing to students. He was an avid traveler and loved to cook. Benjamin's love for cooking was complimented by his cultural experiences in Australia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland and the US. He was a cook at Galley 57 in Green Bay. Benjamin also worked at the YMCA as a Parkour Instructor, mentoring many kids over the years. He had a huge heart and a great deal of compassion.
Ben is survived by his parents, Hadi and Ida, as well as his sister, Dena, his grandparents, Sherafat, Majid and Marilyn, aunts, uncle, cousins and many good friends around the world.
Ben was/is one of the kindest souls this world got to host. Consistently throughout his life, it was on full display time after time. This world would have been a better place with him and no one can better describe him than Ben himself:
“I love people bc it’s all I know, I don’t have a heart for hate. Hating someone is hating myself. So I love, even when I don’t want to, this is my burden and gift.”
Funeral services were held in June of this year. Benjamin was laid to rest at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
