Cheryl M. Gauthier, 71, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local nursing home after a long battle with cancer on August 17, 2016. Born on December 18, 1944, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of Mary (Hess) and the late Ervan Gauthier. Cheryl is a 1962 graduate of Preble High School. She cherished memories with her beloved grandchildren and times spent at the family cottage. Cheryl also loved her daily walks with a canine buddy, “Tobie.”
Cheryl is survived by two sons, Tim (Susan) White, and Todd White (fiancée, Raquel Burmeister), both of Green Bay; four grandchildren, Alex and Nikolas White, and Jenna and Michael White; mother, Mary Gauthier; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Ron (Mary) Gauthier, Jim Gauthier, and Tom (Ann) Gauthier; one niece and three nephews; and many cousins in the Milwaukee area.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation at St. Bernard Church, 2040 Hillside Lane, Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. John Bergstadt officiating.
