Daniel James Buss Sr.

Daniel James Buss, Sr., 72, Green Bay, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020, at his home. He was born June 7, 1947, in Shawano, WI, son of the late James Klitzka and Dorothy Buss. Dan graduated from East High School in 1965, and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He worked for 46 years in Governmental Service for the United States Post Office and the military. He loved his family, and he enjoyed reading and history.

Survivors include his 2 sons: Daniel (Holly), Green Bay, and Thomas (Kim), Mt. Dora, FL; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers and sisters: Lyle (Jean) Buss, Green Bay, Tom (Trish), Circleville, OH, Kathy (Bruce), Sheboygan, Mary, Brillion, Betsy (Bill), Appleton, Mark (Pam) Inverness, FL, Theresa (Seri), Austin, TX, Alex (Elizabeth), Sheboygan, Charles, Menasha, and Helen (Steve), Eau Claire.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Klitzka; and the love of his life, LaVerne "Bunny" Buss.
