Darlene Donart

Darlene Ann Donart, age 71, entered into eternal life to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Bellin Hospital with her loved ones by her side. She was born on April 1, 1950 in Green Bay, WI to the late Clarence and Ethel (Bolssen) Babiash. She was united in marriage to Alan Donart on December 11, 1971 at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Green Bay and they were blessed to enjoy 50 years of marriage. She retired from Bellin Health where she was employed for many years in Home Care and Nutrition Services.

Darlene was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and true friend to many. She was a fun, caring woman with a warm heart for all those around her. She enjoyed spending time with the ones she loved, whether it be sitting around the campfire or walks with friends, sharing laughs on Wednesday nights at the Goal Post, or most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as Alan’s parents, James and Naomi Donart, her infant son, Bruce, her sister, Sue Arndt, brothers-in-law Gary (Anna “Sis”) Donart and Robert Donart.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Alan, her children Ron Donart, Pamela (Sylvann) Donart-Welcome and Melisa (Neil) Rydzewski, and grandchildren Joel Donart, Elba Rydzewski, Hudson Rydzewski, and Axton Rydzewski. She is further survived by her sister, Linda Dufek, her brothers-in-law Steve (JoAnn) Donart, Dave (Patti) Donart, sisters-in-law Judy (Jim) Kirsten, and Marilyn (Vandertie) Donart as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, many dear friends, and her furbaby, Cosmo.

Visitation at Malcore Funeral Home 701 N. Baird St., Wednesday December 22, from 10 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1 PM at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 710 N. Baird St. Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
