Gary DeJardin

Gary DeJardin, 83, of Champion, passed March 17, 2023.  Born on March 5, 1940, he is the son of the late Elmer and Rita DeJardin.  He married Carol Henry on June 18, 1960, at St. Josephs in Champion. Gary was a welder at Kewaunee Engineering until his retirement.  He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

He is survived by wife of sixty two years, Carol; three children, Brenda (Douglas) Mincheski, Ken (Cindy) DeJardin, Susan (Jeff) Prue; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; siblings, Gloria (Ron) Guilette, Carla (Jim) Brunner, Stan DeJardin, Rodney DeJardin, Pete (Mary) DeJardin, and Roy (Kris) DeJardin.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents; son, Scott DeJardin; sister, Sheila Deschaine.

Visitation at Malcore Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., Sunday March 19, from 4 PM until 8 PM.  Parish Wake Service at 7 PM.  Visitation will continue at St Joseph in Champion, 5996 County Rd K, Monday,  March 20, from 9 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.  Entombment at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
