Gladys B. Younkle

It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved aunt, Glady B. Younkle. She passed away Wednesday morning, August 28, 2024, at the age of 89. 

Gladys was born November 18, 1934 in Green Bay, daughter to the late Charles and Elizabeth (Michel) Younkle. 

Gladys had a full life enjoying going to Trout Lake, was an accomplished artist and interior designer, and researched ancestry that led her to find family in Germany, where she had traveling. 

Survivors include her nieces and nephews: Cheryl, Jane (Craig), Barbara (Phillip), Bobby (Kim), Mark (Bob), and Michael (Lori); and many other nieces and nephews that loved her. 

Gladys was preceded in death by her mother and father, Elizabeth and Charles; brothers, Wayne (Rita), Carl (Ruth), George (Merine) and their son, David, Bob (Mary); and sisters, Ruthie, Esther, and Bettie. 

Private family services were held. 

Special thank you to Rebekah Haven and her special caregivers, Sheri, Val, Lisa, Melissa, and Trisha and all the wonderful staff, as well as Dr. Michelle Minikel, Dr. Christine Long, and NP Megan Cassai.
