Gordon "Bucky" J. Gille Jr., age 79, of Green Bay, passed away at his home of natural causes on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. He was born November 16, 1938 in Green Bay to the late Gordon B. Gille and Arnelda “Babe” Gille. He attended St. Willebrord grade school and graduated from Preble High School, where he played football and basketball. Gordon owned and operated Gille’s Grocery and Meat Market in Klondike, WI. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, gardening and the Green Bay Packers. He married Norrine Stegelmann on November 10, 1972.
Gordon is survived by his wife Norrine; two children: Eric Gille of Green Bay and Rene (Ronnie) Fuller of Gresham; 3 siblings: Larry (Judy) Gille of Green Bay, Scott (Kathy) Gille of Suamico and Cheryl (Bill) Randl of Antigo. Further survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and two very special friends: Scott and Rachelle Lance and their children.
Gordon was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Gary F. Gille, and his niece, Jenna Gille.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird, Green Bay, on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Gordon will be laid to rest at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
