Joan M. Campshure, 77, Green Bay, died peacefully, Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Born in Green Bay, September 4, 1939, she is the daughter of the late Leonard and Rose (Bertrand) Loritz. Joan married Donald Campshure, September 15, 1962, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She liked to crochet and was always up to the challenge of a new pattern; creating hats, scarves and a beautiful blanket for each of her children and granddaughters. Joan could turn the simplest of things into the nicest of memories. She enjoyed sewing, shopping, going for walks in her neighborhood, and car rides that included a stop at Dairy Queen. Joan was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family immensely.
She is survived by her husband, Donald; 3 children, Michael Campshure, Lori Campshure, Patrick Campshure and his daughters, Joan’s pride and joy, granddaughters, Katie and Lauren; brother, James (Carol) Loritz; sister, Jane (Al) Rentmeester; sister-in-law, Lill Loritz all of Green Bay; brother-in-law, Ken (Beth) Campshure of Fond du Lac; further survived by many relatives and friends.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law, Cheri Campshure; brother, John Loritz.
Visitation at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, 130 St. Matthew’s Street, Saturday, from 9:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Mass at 12 (Noon) with the Rev. Bob Kabat officiating. Malcore (East) Funeral Home is caring for the family.
