John Thomas Thompson

John Thomas Thompson, age 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Dimensions Living. John was born on November 29, 1936 to Oscar and Pauline.

John enjoyed playing cards especially sheep head and going to the casino. He worked at KI for 45 years after retirement he worked at Thompson sheet metal, which his father started in 1947. He cleaned the shop for his nephews that are the 3rd generation.

 John is survived by his children; son Ray, daughter Carol (Greg) Selner and son Bill (Debbie) significant other. Grandchildren; Jason, Daniel, Jenna, Jacob, Melissa and Breanne. Great-grandchildren; Viola, JJ, Hudson.

 John was preceded in death by wife Mary, daughter in-law Debbie and parents.

 A Mass of Christian Burial for John will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 11:00 am at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 710 N. Baird St, Green Bay, WI. Visitation will be the same day at Malcore Funeral Home East, 701 N. Baird St, Green Bay, WI from 9 am until the time of Mass.
