Joseph C. Kemmer

Joseph Christopher Kemmer, 67, Green Bay, passed away December 21, 2022. He was born November 26, 1955 in Eugene, OR, son of the late Robert and Jean (Sundell) Kemmer. Joseph worked as a Railroad Supervisor for Canadian-Pacific Railroad from 1979 to 1996, where he also maintained, operated, and repaired track equipment.
Joseph enjoyed cribbage, music, sitting outside, driving, loud music, hunting, fishing and camping.
Survivors include his 3 children: Jason (Nicole) Duffeck, Rome, GA, Sarah Duffeck, Pulaski, and Amy Duffeck, Green Bay; 10 grandchildren; one brother, Karl Kemmer, Green Bay; and his Aunt Nancy (Larry) Kaump.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean (Sundell) Wendricks.
Family and friends may visit Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St., on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 4 p.m. until the hour of service at 7 p.m. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery on Friday.
