It is with great sadness that the Luedke family announces the passing of Kenneth (Ken) Carl Luedke, age 74. He passed away peacefully with his wife by his side in his home on the beautiful bay of Green Bay, WI. Although Ken passed away on September 23, 2022, his soul will continue living on through his adoring wife, children, grandchildren, and friends.
Ken was born on March 9, 1948, to Ralph and Dorothea Luedke in Ripon, WI where he graduated from before entering the world as an entrepreneur. Ken always had a story to share of an adventure or experience he had, whether it was starting up, owning, or investing in business, real estate, or another endeavor. Ken will also be fondly remembered as an avid Milwaukee Brewer and Green Bay Packer fan enjoying every game in person he could. Mostly, Ken will be remembered as a patient, caring, and lovable man with an unforgettable voice who throughout his lifetime devoted himself to his children, family, faith, and others.
Ken is survived by his loving wife, Jewels Zambarda Luedke, Green Bay; daughter Jayme Luedke, De Pere; son Kevin (Heather) Luedke, Green Bay; grandsons Jackson and Carter Luedke, Green Bay; stepson Shawn (Jennifer) Zambarda, De Pere; stepson Chad Zambarda, Green Bay; granddaughters Reese, Madison, Annette, Francesca, and Aaliyah and grandson Ethan, brother Robert (Lorrie) Luedke, Dalton; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Ken was preceded in death by his father and mother Ralph and Dorothea Luedke, and his brothers John and James Luedke.
Family and friends may call at Malcore (East) Funeral Homes and Crematory, 701 N Baird St., Green Bay, Friday October 7, 2022, between 4:00 and 7:00 pm. Visitation continues Saturday, October 8, 2022, between 9:00 and 10:45 am at Malcore (East) Funeral Homes and Crematory. Funeral Service will follow at 10:45 am with The Reverend James Nielsen officiating.
