Levi David Lehner, infant son of David “D.J.” and Torey Lehner, went home to His heavenly Father, Monday evening August 31, 2020, where his first breath filled his lungs with heavenly air. Though his earthly life was short, the joy he brought to his parents is everlasting. He will be remembered by his perfect button nose, and curly brown hair.
Left to cherish the many hopes and dreams that Levi provided to us are his parents, D.J. and Torey; maternal grandparents, Charles Gostas, Lisa and Rick Kurtzweil; paternal grandparents, David and Catherine Lehner; loving aunts and uncles, Haily (Matthew) Carlson, Courtney Gostas, Paul Gostas, Bill (Krista) Kurtzweil, Joe Kurtzweil, and Amy (Craig) Buesing; Tricia (Troy) Huber, Anna Lehner, Bryan Lehner, Rebecca Lehner, Dominic Lehner, Jacinta Lehner, Sophia Lehner; cousins Eliya, Logan, and Blake Kurtzweil, and Violet Buesing; Ethan, Eli, and Evelyn Huber; great grandparents Janice Gostas, and Leslie Karau; Lawrence and Marilyn Lehner, and Pat Consiglero, and many more dear family and friends.
Preceding Levi in death and meeting him in heaven are his great grandfathers, Charles Gostas, Vincent Salvia, and John Consiglero.
A 9:30 a.m Visitation and 10:30 a.m. Celebration of Life Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Church in Howard on Friday, September 4th. Levi’s earthly body will be laid to rest in the church cemetery. Malcore (West) Funeral Home is serving the family.
D.J. and Torey would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the St. Gianna Clinic and HSHS St. Vincent Hospital for their compassion, care, and loving support to them and their son. They would also like to thank the many family and friends that have reached out with support during this very difficult time.
Saint Levi David, pray for us!
