Lola Mae (Peck-Thomas) Franz

Lola Mae (Peck-Thomas) Franz, 90, Green Bay passed away June 18, 2018. Born on July 23, 1927 she is the daughter of the late Margaret and Edward Peck of Coleman, WI. She married Robert Z. Thomas on May 29th, 1948, and he preceded her in death on March 1, 1973. Lola Mae then married Donald A. Franz on February 11, 1978, in Green Bay, WI, and he passed on September 9, 1992. She enjoyed going up North to their cottage and picking blackberries. She also enjoyed playing Bridge and many other card games and going to the casinos.

She is survived by her daughter Mary Thomas and Charles Kitslaar, Suamico, WI; one son Laurence (Jeanne) Thomas of South Haven, MI, and Clearwater, FL; one stepson, Alan (Veronica) Franz, Appleton, WI; two grandsons, Dr. Robert (Joy) Thomas and Matthew (Karie) Thomas; six great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Caden, Sam, Liberty, Austin and Connor; many nieces, nephews, and friends; Brother-in-law, Lloyd Liermann, and sister-in-law, Myvanwy Franz.

Preceded in death by her two brothers and sisters-in-law, Laurence (Jeanne) Peck, and Lionel (Eileen) Peck; sister and brother-in-law, Lucille (Robert) Germain; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Leatrice Liermann, Richard Franz, Charlotte and George Fenske, Dorothy and Herbert Spalding.

Visitation at Malcore (West) Funeral Home, 1530 West Mason Street, Green Bay, Friday, June 22, 2018, from 5-7pm. Memorial service 7pm Friday, June 22, 2018, at the funeral home. Burial in Fort Howard Memorial Park.
