Louis E. Meyer, Jr.

Louis E. Meyer, Jr., 88, Green Bay, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023, at a local nursing home. He was born June 14, 1934 in Fairwater, WI, son of the late Louis, Sr., and Alice (Radke) Meyer.

Louis worked many jobs throughout his life, most recently at Goodwill Industries. He enjoyed playing Solitaire on the computer, spending time with friends, and going out to eat. He was very involved at Able Church in Green Bay. 

He will be missed by his guardian and close friend, Amy Kluth; and his dear friends: Shirley, Carolyn, David, Jon, Jason, and Vicki; as well as many other friends who loved him; and his canine buddy, Thomas.  

In addition to his parents, Louis was preceded in death by the love of his life, Estelle, who he's dancing in Heaven with now.

Friends may visit Able Church, 1840 W. Mason St., Green Bay, on Friday, February 3, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. until the time of service at 6:30 p.m., with Pastor Tim Mandich officiating. Interment will be in Allouez Cemetery. Malcore Funeral Home is assisting the family.

A special thank you to his care team at Lakeland and the staff at Bayshore. Also to Oaks Family Care Centers who were such an enormous part of Louis' life.
