Mae Rose (Gerstner) Nolan, 91, of Green Bay, passed away November 7, 2021. Born on May 1, 1930, she is the daughter of the late John and Ida (Servais) Gerstner. Mae graduated from East High School class of 1947. She was employed by Brown County as a Deputy Clerk from 1967 to 1992 and continued to Bailiff part time until she turned 80. Mae enjoyed playing Yahtzee and a variety of card games. From time to time Mae liked to break out in song. She was a people person and considered everyone she met as part of her family. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandpup, Maddie.
She is survived by her three children Nancy Seidl of Green Bay, Julie (Richard) Cayer of Suamico, and Kathy (Chris) Madson of Ashwaubenon; five grandchildren, James "Jamie" (Shari) Seidl, John Cayer, Emily (Cayer) (Russell) Johnson, Mike (Amy) Madson, Mandy (Madson) (Troy) Rooni; five great grandchildren, Winston, Brady, Elliot, Aria, Briggs, and a baby girl due in May.
Mae was preceded in death by a grandson, Scott P. Seidl; six brothers and one sister, Lawrence, Dave, Alvin (Hazel), Cyril (Phyllis), Louie, Raymond, and Cecilia "Tootie" (Austin).
Visitation at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 710 N. Baird St., Saturday, November 13, from 10:30 AM until the time of the memorial service at 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
