Mary E. Karel, 84, Green Bay, passed away Thursday morning, December 1, 2022, at a local care facility. Born July 27, 1938, in Wausau, she is the daughter of the late Emil and Helen (Hamler) Mueller. Mary is a graduate of Wausau High School. Mary had been employed as an office manager with OLC. She will be remembered for collecting antiques, cheering on the Packers, her enjoyment of reading and spending time with friends.
Mary is survived by two nieces, two nephews and and numerous great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathleen Wanta.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird Street, Saturday, December 10, 2022, from 10:30 am until the time of the service at 11:30. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
