Michael L. Red Hail Sr.

Michael L. Red Hail, Sr., 66, Oneida, passed away peacefully, Wed. Jan. 16, 2019, surrounded by his family. He was born Sept. 27, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI to Earl E. And Lorraine P. (Skenandore) Red Hail.
He was a spiritual man who loved his family and his spiritual ways. Michael always had a listening ear for whoever needed to talk and you were always welcomed in his home. He didn't have much but was always willing to help you out if you needed something. He loved his children and his grandchildren very much.
Michael is survived by his children, Starr P. (Mark) Johnson, Dallas G. Red Hail, Shauna L. (Dean V.) Red Hail, Kenny Ackley and Raymond Ackley; grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Earl E. (Beth) Red Hail, Jr., Roger G. (Colleen) Red Hail, Sr., Gene Red Hail, Hehaka Red Hail, Roy A. (Violet) Red Hail, Barbara E. Red Hail and Carol J. Bogda.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Michael L. Red Hail, Jr.; brother, Melvin W. Red Hail; and also by Mary Lynn Johnson.
Traditional wake and visitation will be held at 2546 S. Overland Rd. from 4-7pm Friday, Jan. 18, 2019. Saturday's procession from the visitation site to the Oneida Sacred Burial Grounds, West Adams Dr. will begin assembling at 10 AM with the burial taking place at at 11 AM. Lunch will be served after the burial at Assembly of God N7321 Olson Rd. Hwy 54 Oneida, WI

The family extends a special thank you to Oneida Care Manager-Family Care, Mallory Patton and Oneida Health Nurse, Barbara Webster for all their help with Mike, he appreciated all they did for him.
