Ronald Kunesh Sr.

Ronald Kunesh, Sr., 89, formerly of Tisch Mills, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023, at home with Roy and Kathy Kunesh at his side. Ron was born September 4, 1933 in Manitowoc, WI. He retired from Mirro Aluminum after many years of service. Ron married Barbara Ann Wier, and she preceded him in death.

He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, hunting, and raising chickens. Ron was very active in the Kewaunee County Senior Center where he loved to play cards. 

Survivors include 4 children: Ronald (Pasty) Kunesh, Jr., Rodney Kunesh, Rita Kunesh, and Roy (Kathy) Kunesh; 3 grandsons: Christopher Kunesh, Nicholas Kunesh, and Joshuah Tauschek; 3 great-grandchildren; and 3 brothers, Sylvester (Nancy) Kunesh, Jerry (Judy) Kunesh, and Raymond Kunesh.. 

In addition to his parents and wife, Ron was preceded in death by 2 children, Ricky and Randy Kunesh; and his siblings: Raymond?, twin brother Donald Kunesh, and Glenn Kunesh. 

Memorial service will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Knollwood Memorial Park, 1500 Wisconsin 310, Manitowoc. Malcore (East) Funeral Home is assisting the family.
