Shirley M. (Mommaerts) Ness, 69, Gillett, died peacefully at a local CBRF on May 25, 2017. Born on September 1, 1947, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late Walter and Angeline (Meyer) Van Boxel.
Shirley is survived by one son, Ronald Mommaerts Jr., and her loving grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Edward and Earl Payette; three sisters, Mary Joyce Haworth, Betty Martell, and Joan Van Boxel.
A private memorial service will take place at a later date. Malcore (West) Funeral Home is assisting the family with services, 499-4100.
