Steven Pierquet

Steven “Stevie” Pierquet, 65, Green Bay, passed away June 13, 2018, after a battle with health problems. Born on July 19, 1952, in Green Bay, he is the son of the late Gordon and Lorraine (Detrie) Pierquet. He married the former Kathleen Maurer on January 23, 1971, in Green Bay. Stevie was a proud Mason Contractor and helped in the construction of many homes in Green Bay and Door County. He was well known for his humor and charming personality. Stevie enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren especially taking them on trips to Disney World. He enjoyed time with friends at the local hangouts.

Stevie is survived by his wife of forty eight years, Kathleen; three children, Julie Pierquet, Tammy (Chris) Heraly, Jessica (Alex) Ortega; seven grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jacodi, Justin, Kiara, Benjamin, Isabella, Isaiah; two brothers, Daniel (Debbie) Pierquet, and Ricky Pierquet; two sisters-in-law, Roberta Donlon, and Karen McGivern; many nieces and nephews; two furry children, Mickey and Minnie.

Preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Janice (Don) Collier, Marlene (Gregory) Van Ark, Linda (Doug) Benz; brother-in-law, Kelly McGivern and sister-in-law, Melody Pierquet; three nephews, Todd Benz, Jimmy Van Ark, and Jaimie Benz; niece, Kerry McGivern; great nephews, Timothy Van Ark, Tyler Whitmire.

Visitation at Malcore Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St. Monday June 18, from 5 PM until 7 PM. Visitation will continue Tuesday June 19, at the funeral home, from 9 AM until the time of the service at 12 PM (noon). Burial at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
