Valeria A. Boulanger, 96, Green Bay, passed away late Sunday morning, April 3, 2022. Born June 17, 1925, in De Pere, she is the daughter of the late Norbert and Anna Kaster. Valeria married Richard "Red" Boulanger on August 9, 1947, at St. Joseph's Church in De Pere and he preceded her in death on May, 15, 1993. She will be remembered for spending time with family at the cottage. Valeria was a dedicated wife and mother who made wonderful pies and homemade bread. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing and embroidering.
Valeria is survived by three children, Nancy Figgins, Darlene Boulanger and her partner Linda Motts, and Mark Boulanger and fiancee' Susan DeKeyser; four grandchildren, John Boulanger, Jill (Daryl) Heidtman, Jamie (Kathy Losinski) Figgins, Shawn (Jody) Figgins, and Justin Boulanger; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Kaster and Elroy (Elaine) Kaster; a sister-in-law, Jane Kaster; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Richard; a step-son, Robert "Butch" Boulanger and his first wife, Mary; a great-grandson, Scott Patrick Boulanger; a sister, Adele Herr; and a brother, Jerome Kaster; sister-in-law, Odile (Howard) Kiefert; Rita (Elmer) Dejardin.
Visitation at Malcore (East) Funeral, 701 N. Baird Street, Friday, April 8, 2022, from 4pm until the time of the wake service at 7pm. Visitations continues at the funeral home on Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 9am until the time of the mass. Funeral Mass 11am at Saints Peter and Paul Church, with Rev. José Lopez officiating. Entombment in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
