William Becker, 74, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local nursing home on July 31, 2017. Born on June 3, 1943, in Milwaukee, he is the son of the late Jerome and Bernice (Kraniak) Becker. On August 25, 1981, he married the former Sabina Strzelecki.
